Academic Captain
The past four years at Hastings Girls has significantly shaped me into the person I am today. All the opportunities offered here have allowed me to expand my horizons and truly discover what I am interested in. From debating to various sports, I feel as if I have been supported in each of my endeavours. Furthermore, a strong sense of belonging is remarkably evident within our school. As a minority student, my culture has been incredibly celebrated as there are specific events dedicated purely to educate the other girls on Indian culture. Our most upcoming event is the Diwali night that'll be held next term to celebrate the festival of lights. The friendships I have created during my time here are ones I will cherish for a lifetime. Attending Hastings Girls High is one of the best decisions I have made so far!
