We are delighted to be able to host a number of international students again this year. During their time with us, the girls have an opportunity to explore new and exciting experiences, both within and beyond the classroom. 2019 is off to a great start with our girls experiencing many firsts, whether it be new places, new cultures or discovering the uniqueness of Aotearoa.
We recently explored a couple of our local tour hot spots Arataki Honey and the Haumoana Farm Yard Zoo. The girls were captivated by the inter workings of a hive, from behind the safely of a shield of glass. They enjoyed the opportunity to sample the numerous types of honey on offer and explored the gift shop, which sells all things honey.
The later part of the day was spent at Haumoana Farmyard zoo, where the girls were able to get up close and personal with a range of animals.
